For more than twenty years I worked in mobile telecom and FMCG, building distribution networks across many states. That work taught me one simple lesson: any system only lasts when people are honest and take responsibility for their work.
But every time I came home to Bihar, I saw something painful. A family that saved for 15 years to buy land in Purnia or Patna got stuck in a disputed registry because of a broker. A young man gave his family's savings to an agent for a Gulf job, and ended up on a tourist visa. Families were misled about a rishta. Even while building a house, cheap cement and steel were quietly swapped in.
I kept asking myself: why should the hardworking people of Bihar live in fear of being cheated? Why is there no one place that checks things properly on the ground, turns away dishonest people, and stands on the family's side?
That is why we started TrustBridge Consultant Services. We don't sell your number to the highest bidder, and we take no commission from sellers or brokers — we work only for you. We check land records going back 30 years, make sure job recruiters are licensed, visit families at home, and stay with you until the work is done.
